The management ought to have acknowledged that my friend's food came out <em>way</em> later than was acceptable and comped it, but it was her job to notify them that there was a problem when we very clearly asked to speak to them. So one of two things happened: 1) either management didn't give a damn, or 2) she never talked to them in the first place. Given that, what would you have done? NYSTG:
